Background:  The Shakash is the rank given to the general of the Constrictors army equal to that of The Shahadet of the Asp race.  Unlike The Shahadet, which can command the more numerous armies of the Asp, The Shakash utilizes the Akasha more in battle.

The Naga which carries the title of The Shakash was born an abomination.  To the already depleting numbers of the Constrictors, each one born to their bloodline is important.  This is one of the facts that they allowed them to stay with the clan.

The Ashamana grew up with the bloodline and eventually made his way up the caste system.  Still, the rest of the clan were uneasy having him with them.  They would talk to him and yet they would prefer to consult with The Radakast or the Qayla.
